Customers who use Premium plan are eligible to use our support. If you have a problem or a question, you can write a ticket or contact our agents through live chat.

Create a ticket

  1. To create a ticket go to Help Center.
  2. Go to Create a ticket.
  3. Write a subject of your problem. Be as precise as you can. This will help to assign the ticket to the agent with the right qualification.
  4. Write a description of your problem.
  5. Send it.

The tickets will be answered in 24 hours during workweek.
